Professional Background
The business was founded by his father in the 1980s — starting with the automotive sector, later expanding into retail air conditioning, and eventually into uninterruptible power systems. Alessa joined the company after completing his studies and military service, and it was under his leadership that the family-owned Alpha evolved into the international Alpha Grissin Group.
In 2004, the company began its international expansion: Bulgaria, Ukraine, Cyprus. Since 2023, the focus has shifted to Central Asia, with offices now open in Tashkent and Almaty.
