Professional Background & Current Position

Alina Tropaneț has over 8 years of experience in the event industry, including launching her own wedding agency, organizing celebrity events and club openings, and working as the art director of InStyle magazine. In 2020, amid the pandemic, Alina pivoted her career and founded XOstudio FLOWERS — a floral design studio that evolved from idea to fully operating team in just three months. Today, she personally sources flowers from the Dutch flower exchange, trains her team, and is actively developing an online academy.

Education

Alina completed floristry courses in Moscow and went on to train her team independently. She is currently preparing to launch her own XO FLOWERS Academy — an online floristry school in Romanian.
