Professional Background
Natalia Bejan began her career in project management and consulting, implementing projects in 15 countries for financial institutions from Europe and Asia. She then spent 2.5 years in China, developing a virtual credit card that was later expanded to the Philippines and Kazakhstan, attracting and managing investments totaling over USD 14 million. Since February 2022, she held a leading executive role at the Startup Moldova Foundation, supporting Moldovan startups, the ecosystem, and future founders with tools aimed at fostering strong, high-potential local startups. In January 2024, she became the head of the Invest Moldova Agency — a public organization serving as the main source of information and support for strategic investors in the Republic of Moldova.
Current Position
Since January 2024, Natalia Bejan has been leading the Invest Moldova Agency — a government organization that provides information and support to strategic investors in the Republic of Moldova. Her responsibilities include offering guidance and assistance to new strategic investors, post-investment support, export promotion, country branding and image building, and contributing to the achievement of national goals in economic diplomacy.
