For over 35 years, Tatyana Budantsova has been developing and conducting reflexive games — a unique form of business training that combines the simulation of real managerial situations with deep personal and team transformation. Starting her career in Odesa, she and Alexander Budantsov were among the first practitioners to adapt Lefevre’s approach for business purposes and bring these games to the international stage. Tatyana is the co-founder of “Media-Klyuch”, where she is responsible for methodology and implementation of training programs, including those tailored for business owners and top executives.
