Professional Background

Liubov Atamusova began her culinary career under one of Moldova’s legendary restaurateurs — Anatoliy Leibovich. She worked her way up from the first Wok Noodle kitchen to the exclusive Grill House Club, where she learned from some of the grand masters of Moldovan gastronomy. Her second major “culinary school” came from the DOR Group’s projects — Kommunalka and Tiffany.

Today, Liubov is the head chef and manager of Sensi, a restaurant project where she blends precision, aesthetics, and her personal taste. She was also one of the founders of the Zeppelin project, which now operates independently.

Company Specialization

Sensi is a signature cuisine concept that focuses on detail, seasonality, and a mix of homestyle and gourmet approaches. The restaurant’s menu tells a story of flavors with character — where even the pasta is handmade and the sauces are dishes in their own right.

Passions

She passionately collects espresso cups and is a true gin connoisseur — something easily verified at Sensi by simply reading the drink menu.
