Current Position: CEO of Startup Moldova

Since January 2024, Olga Melniciuc has been serving as the Executive Director of Startup Moldova. In this role, she is focused on strengthening Moldova’s startup ecosystem by attracting investment, supporting entrepreneurs, and promoting innovation on the international stage. Startup Moldova acts as a “gateway” for investments and international collaboration, helping local startups expand into global markets.

• CEO of Investitii.md. Previously, Olga led Investitii.md, where she was responsible for strategic management and business financing.
• Partner and Mentor at XY Partners. In this capacity, she provided consulting and support to entrepreneurs, fostering the growth and success of startups.
• Consultant at UN Women. Olga played a key role in evaluating and shaping the "Women in Business" program, demonstrating her commitment to empowering female entrepreneurs and advancing economic development.
• Fellow at Included VC. Olga was selected from over 4,000 applicants worldwide to join the prestigious Included VC Fellowship, where she gained valuable knowledge and experience in the field of venture capital.
