Professional Background & Current Role

Vitalii Tataru is an entrepreneur with a unique trajectory — from building IT infrastructure for Moldovan banks in the early 2000s to leading the digital transformation of Tinkoff Bank as its first-ever CIO. He managed large-scale projects at BNP Paribas and Alfa-Bank, overseeing a team of 2,200 people. In 2022, he returned to Moldova to build his own international group. Today, he is the founder of AC Tech and the Databorn group of companies, headquartered in Dubai with teams in Kazakhstan, Serbia, Moldova, and the Middle East.
