 Alexandr began his journey at Rikipal as a hired CEO. Later, he acquired the company from its previous owners and now successfully combines the roles of CEO and owner. Before that, he managed manufacturing operations in various industries — from uPVC constructions to metal trading. This experience gave him a deep understanding of operational management, B2B sales, and building resilient teams.

Education

He graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest with a degree in Environmental Economics. This focus remains evident to this day: Rikipal has implemented several principles of circular economy and sustainable production.

The business operates 100% transparently, serving dozens of major clients across the region, including in Romania.
