Professional Background

Victor Buga is a man who turned coffee into both his profession and personal story. His journey in business began long before he founded his own company: at the age of 10, he was already working with Julius Meinl in his father’s warehouse; at 14, he worked in the family restaurant; and by 17, he was overseeing coffee supply and quality control for a network of 54 establishments. Even before turning 18, Victor had reached the finals of Romania’s barista championships three times and completed advanced training with some of the world’s top coffee experts. Instead of pursuing a career in the established family business, he chose to carve his own path. Today, Victor serves as the Commercial Director of Smart Coffee Service.
