The history of the company

When I started my business, I didn't even have the idea of setting up a company. It all started from a project that seemed to have growth potential. Thus I activated the company and realized the first project. The idea of setting up an IT company, such as EBS Integrator, came to me later. I founded EBS Integrator 11 years ago when I decided to create a software company. Our first office was in my own home, where two other colleagues helped me develop new projects. Later, we rented an office and the team grew up to six people. At that point, I took over the sales side and the bureaucracy. Only within a few months, the office had become too small for us, so we renovated the attic of my parents' house and moved there with a team of 15 people. We grew permanently and changed many offices so that now we work in a big and spacious office on two floors of an administrative building in Chisinau. The specialization of the company has developed over time. We deal with large projects that seek to modernize and digitize traditional business models.

All the services and products we develop are aimed at the IT industry. Currently, we are developing EBS Integrator and Global DataBase.

EBS Integrator is a technology company that provides specialized software with high added value. We help our partners take their business to the next level. Our partners are those companies that want to use technology to differentiate themselves from their competitors. We transform their business model and identify new ways to scale their business. In most cases, EBS is the technology partner of companies in the international arena (Romania, Africa, England, Sweden, and Norway).

As for Global Database, this is a company that is developing a platform to bring together data about companies around the world. The platform offers 2 basic tools for identifying new customers and verifying customers, partners, and suppliers in over 50 countries so far.

The team

The EBS Integrator team consists of 60 highly qualified engineers. They can design virtually any type of project to fully meet the requirements of our partners. We have experience in managing large-scale projects hosting tens of millions of users. This performance is made possible by working in well-specialized teams that cover the entire development cycle of an IT product. 

Another important factor is that we have a range of technologies and components already developed, time-tested, and ready to use. This significantly increases our efficiency. Our rich experience of working with Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and various types of software architecture helps us in finding timely and optimal solutions for our partners.

Successful projects

First of all, we are proud of completing all the projects we have undertaken. Over the 10 years of our activity, there is no project for which we have not found solutions or abandoned them halfway. 

In Moldova, we have successfully implemented IT systems in the microfinance and education sectors.

We are among the top IT companies in Moldova. But I have never been motivated by the top rankings, but by customer satisfaction and results. 

Partners and clients

EBS Integrator has developed the largest European marketplace for horses and equestrianism. We collaborate and work for one of the largest UK marketplaces. We are also developing a mobile app for other Israeli partners designed to process billions of registrations. Clients used to come to us with scalability and performance enhancement issues, but now they are interested in long-term partnerships.

Another industry we focus on is E-commerce. This is a growing industry with great potential. We are looking for partners who want to grow at an accelerated pace with the help of technology while expanding their reach.

Firstly, we don't solve all problems with the same tools. We haven't yet discovered the perfect programming language. For every problem there is a different technology, so the team is always learning and researching.

Location

The EBS Integrator office is located in Chisinau at 170 Columna Street. We also have subsidiaries in Bucharest and Chicago.

Plans 

We are working on building a platform for entrepreneurs and engineers. Through this platform, we will gather all our experience in the field of business automation, which we have accumulated over the last 10 years. Why do we need this platform? Until now, changing processes in a company and adapting software could take about a year, but with our platform, it will only take a few weeks.

So the services we now offer our customers, i.e. customized software, can be delivered through this platform much faster and therefore cheaper.

I don't want to pursue a business model where an IT company grows by increasing the number of employees. Our goal is to increase the productivity of our services and become one of the top ten business automation companies in the world. Our platform will be available world.
